About Cramer's Home Furnishings

In 1995, Marty and Michelle Cramer left successful careers in the publishing industry to start Cramer's Home Furnishings. They opened their first furniture store in the small Eastern Washington community of Cle Elum and offered quality home furnishings, excellent customer service, quick delivery, and a smile to every customer that came through their door.

This philosophy helped Cramer's develop its reputation as a leader in the community. Today our mission is to continue that legacy and provide the best value for home furnishings in a friendly and family-like atmosphere.

FAQ's

What type of warranty does Cramer's offer?
Each manufacturer we sell has different warranties. The warranties from the manufacturer typically cover  lifetime parts and 1-3 years labor. At cramers we have a factory trained technician at each location. We also will double the manufacturers labor coverage period.

Do you service out of warranty furniture or furniture purchased from another store?
Yes! Cramers will be happy to have our technician come and give you an estimate to repair any furniture. We have a charge of $65.00 for the first hour and $40.00 per hour after that. If the furniture need to transported a delivery charge will be necessary.

My fabric is piling. What can I do?
Pilling is normal and maintained easily by using a fabric shaver. This controls the pilling until the fabric stops shedding. Fabric shavers can be purchased at most department stores.

How do special orders work?
Special orders require a 50% down payment and generally take 4-8 weeks for delivery. Of course each order is different and your sales associate can give you a better estimate at the time of purchase. Special order sales are final and no returns are allowed.

Does Cramers have a layaway program?
Yes! We ask for 30% down with the remainder to be paid within 3 months.
